General TermsPlease read the following terms and conditions carefully as this is a binding contract. By signing or marking, and by completing your transaction, you are agreeing to the terms of purchase. Please contact the producer of the event for their own terms of purchase and refund policies. In the event of conflicting terms in this Terms of Purchase and the Promoter/Producer’s ticketing terms and conditions, the terms of the latter shall survive.

Refund PolicyAll sales are final. Promoters, Venue owners, Security and Event Staff have the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder, without a refund, for any reason at their discretion, including but not limited to: disorderly behavior, intoxication, venue capacity, breach of security restrictions. Ticket holder is aware that the Venue and Talent are subject to change. Ticket holder is aware that amenities promised by promoters are not guaranteed and are not grounds for a refund, including but not limited to: VIP amenities, drink specials, gifts, express entry, special areas, and celebrity guests.

Cancellation PolicyUnless otherwise stated in the Promoter/Producer’s ticketing terms and conditions, available to the customer at check out, if an event in its entirety is canceled prior to the commencement of the event, you will receive a refund for the face value of the ticket; service, and other fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Age RestrictionThis event is 21+ with a valid government issued ID. No one under 21 years of age will be permitted entry.
