Please read the following terms and conditions carefully as this is a binding contract. By signing or marking, and by completing your transaction, you are agreeing to the terms of purchase. Please contact the producer of the event for their own terms of purchase and refund policies. In the event of conflicting terms in this Terms of Purchase and the Promoter/Producer’s ticketing terms and conditions, the terms of the latter shall survive.

All sales are final. Promoters, Venue owners, Security and Event Staff have the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder, without a refund, for any reason at their discretion, including but not limited to: disorderly behavior, intoxication, venue capacity, breach of security restrictions. Ticket holder is aware that the Venue and Talent are subject to change. Ticket holder is aware that amenities promised by promoters are not guaranteed and are not grounds for a refund, including but not limited to: VIP amenities, drink specials, gifts, express entry, special areas, and celebrity guests.

Unless otherwise stated in the Promoter/Producer’s ticketing terms and conditions, available to the customer at check out, if an event in its entirety is canceled prior to the commencement of the event, you will receive a refund for the face value of the ticket; service, and other fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Thursday December 28th event is 18+. Friday December 29th, Saturday December 30th and Sunday December 31st are 21+ Only. No one under 21 years of age will be permitted entry to those events. All events require a valid government issued ID to enter. No refunds will be given to those people who are denied entry for failing to provide a valid government issued ID.

DUE TO HEIGHTENED SECURITY MEASURES, ALL ATTENDEES WILL BE SUBJECT TO METAL DETECTORS AND POSSIBLE SEARCHES UPON ENTRY TO THE VENUE.

//BAGS

• Any oversized bags, purses, or parcels will not be allowed in the venue
• Small bags (max 12" x 12 x 6") will be allowed and camelbacks must be completely empty.
• All items are subject to search

//IDENTIFICATION

• A current, valid, non-expired government issued ID is required of every guest entering the venue. The following forms of ID are acceptable: - State issued ID or driver’s license - Passports - Military ID cards - Canada or Mexico ID/Driver's License

Guests that appear chemically impaired will be denied entry for the day, without reimbursement.

//PROHIBITED ITEMS

• Food
• Liquids
• Over the counter medications
• Illegal drugs
• Balloons
• Computers
• Weapons (including pepper spray, pocket knives, sharp objects)
• This is not an exhaustive list.

Management reserves the right to refuse entry.
All items and persons are subject to pat down & search.

 

//SMOKING

• We do allow smoking and vaping on our outdoor patio areas
• Smoking & Vaping is not allowed in inside of the building or on the mezzanine level
• Although Colorado voters legalized recreational marijuana for consumption in a private residence, It is still illegal to consume outside of a private residence. Guests are prohibited from consuming marijuana, in any form, on venue property and outdoor areas. Guests that are found to be consuming marijuana on venue property may be denied entry or asked to leave the premises, without reimbursement of cover charge.
